Stretching The Imagination

Some clever java (that’s a special computer language) programming guys have worked out a way to use maths formulas called algorithms to stretch art.   When you click on an image with the mouse button and drag , you can distort the picture and make it look funny.

(Penelope’s note: This is pretty serious maths made really fun.   Of course you don’t need to understand the algorithms behind it all if you want to play, you just need some imagination and a sense of humor.   A box of tissues may be helpful if you laugh so hard you start crying…)
