One of the most significant frustration factors connected to internet buying lies in situations where you’ve found the biggest, best, most incredible, whizbang gizmo—and you can’t buy it—either the supplier doesn’t deliver to your locality or doesn’t accept the only payment method you feel comfortable using. In line with our no stress policy , EOTR™ presently supports 19 Methods of Payment , to make your shopping experience as pleasant and hassle–free as possible. We confidently stand by the quality of our products, whilst you can be secure in the knowledge that you are dealing with a trusted supplier .

19 Methods of Payment

We respect our customers. We believe in honest and fair dealings . We stand by our goods as quality merchandise. That’s why the team at EOTR™ are comfortable offering a wide variety of payment methods. We want you to be satisfied with your order also, knowing you can confidently use one of the following payment options:

PayPal

PayPal PayPal operates a little like an on–line bank , with the added benefit that opening an account or sending money is free . A subsidiary of the eBay group of companies, PayPal is a trusted payment service for many surfers paying for goods over the internet. Once you have a Reference Number for the payment, simply email it to us along with your EOTR™ Order Number, your name and address. Please note that PayPal may apply a Multiple Currency Transactions Fee (currency conversion fee) of 2.5%, or charge additional fees for other banks involved in the process, including for withdrawing funds or receiving funds.

Wire Transfer / Direct Bank Deposit

Can you pay straight into our account?  Naturally. This simple, direct and accurate payment method enables you to keep a permanent record of the transaction in your own personal or business banking statements. Your order invoice (which will be emailed to you shortly) includes the necessary bank account details required for such Wire Transfer / Direct Bank Deposit payment methods.  Please use the Order Number as a reference , and note that for international Wire Transfers, an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD will be applied to your order total.

Personal Check / Cheque

Personal checks / cheques are issued in an individual’s name . Apart from being safer and more convenient to send through the mail than cash, they also provide a permanent record of purchases and expenses, making budgeting easier and faster . Personal checks / cheques are subject to clearance prior to shipment of goods. Please make all checks payable to EOTR™ Pty Ltd, in Australian Dollars ($AUD). For checks / cheques issued in another currency please note that banks charge an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD, which needs to be added to the order total for all orders under the value of $500AUD. For orders, whose total is greater than $500AUD, the Currency Conversion Fee will be absorbed by EOTR.

Business Check / Cheque

Business checks / cheques are issued in the business name , and provide a clear record of business transactions and expenses, making account reconciliation easier and faster . Business checks / cheques must clear prior to shipment of goods. Please make all checks payable to EOTR™ Pty Ltd, in Australian Dollars ($AUD). For checks / cheques issued in another currency please note that banks charge an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD, which needs to be added to the order total for all orders under the value of $500AUD. For orders, whose total is greater than $500AUD, the Currency Conversion Fee will be absorbed by EOTR.

Bank Check / Cheque

Bank checks / cheques are issued by the bank , in their own name. Generally accepted as clear funds, this ensures faster processing of your order . Charges for the provision of a bank check / cheque vary between different banks, but are generally in the order of about $7.00AUD. Please make all checks payable to EOTR™ Pty Ltd, in Australian Dollars ($AUD). For banks issueing checks / cheques in another currency, please note that an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD needs to be applied to the order total, for all orders under the value of $500AUD. For orders, whose total is greater than $500AUD, the Currency Conversion Fee will be absorbed by EOTR.

Travellers Check / Cheque

The travellers choice , a travellers check / cheque is a reliable means of payment and receiving cash while travelling abroad —it contains the client’s signature and no–one, but the owner of the cheque, can use it. This hassle–free way of purchasing without local currency is ideal for tourists who want it now. When presenting travellers checks / cheques in person, please remember to bring along a passport or photo ID, for verification purposes. When travellers checks / cheques are received in the mail, they must clear before items are shipped. Please note that for travellers checks / cheques made out in non–local currency, the bank charges an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD. This fee will be applied to the order total, for all orders under the value of $500AUD. For orders, whose total is greater than $500AUD, the Currency Conversion Fee will be absorbed by EOTR.

Western Union Money Transfer

Western Union international money orders make it easy to make payments up to $US1000 . When purchased through Australia Post , the cost is a fixed fee of just $8.65AUD (GST inclusive), irrespective of value. Please note that as Western Union Money Transfers are issued in US dollars only, the bank charges an additional Currency Conversion Fee of $11.00AUD, which will be applied to the order total, for all orders under the value of $500AUD. For orders, whose total is greater than $500AUD, the Currency Conversion Fee will be absorbed by EOTR.

Money Order

Australia Post money orders are the convenient, safe and economical alternative to personal and bank cheques . They’re easy to buy at postal locations anywhere in Australia, and provide you with the security of a bank cheque, at a lower price . Money orders are available to the maximum value of $1000AUD and cost a flat rate of $2.50AUD, irrespective of the value you place on the money order. Bank cheques generally cost twice this or more.

Express Money Order

Priority EOTR™ order? Need to send money extra fast?  With an Express Money Order from Australia Post , up to $10,000AUD can be transferred across Australia , from post office to post office, within one hour . Which means the fastest possible turn around time for your lighting enjoyment… Express Money Orders cost $20.00AUD, which includes transmission to the nominated paying post office.

Lay–By

We offer a popular Lay–By / Lay–away service to all our customers. This allows you to pay for your purchases in instalments—great for those of us on a budget!  We’ll contact you to discuss options for payment and delivery and to give you your unique “Lay–By Number" . By taking advantage of a last week notification service, you’re also kept up to date with what’s happening to your Lay–By as it reaches its completion date. Then, as soon as the final payment funds have cleared, your order will be on its way to you… Unless otherwise arranged, the following Lay–By Terms and Conditions apply:

• Goods are held for 12 Weeks from the date of purchase.
• Minimum deposit of 20% at purchase.
• Further payment within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Full payment within 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
• If payment is not completed within 12 weeks, the goods will be returned to stock, the buyer having rights as governed by legal and statutory legislation such as the Fair Trading (Lay–By) Amendment Act 1993.

Gift Certificate

Whether you’re one of our smart savers who has used Gift Certificates as an easy Lay–By alternative, have received them as a present from family, friends and colleagues, or were lucky enough to win one in a competition, this is where you can take advantage of the opportunity to exchange your Gift Certificate for merchandise . Please quote the Gift Certificate Number(s) with your order and an amount equal to the value shown on your Gift Certificate(s) will be credited towards your order, as payment . Any outstanding amount after the application of such credit from your Gift Certificates will be payable prior to the delivery of your order. Should the value of the Gift Certificates exceed the order amount, a credit note equivalent in value to the excess funds will be included with your order for your future purchasing use...

Credit Notes

Primarily for customers whose previous orders were less than the Gift Certificates they were redeeming . Please quote the Credit Note Serial Number with your order and an amount equal to the value shown on your Credit Note will be credited towards your present order, as payment . Any outstanding amount after the application of such credit from your Credit Note will be payable prior to the delivery of your order. Should the value of the Credit Note exceed the present order amount, a new credit note equivalent in value to the current excess funds will be included with your order for your future purchasing use...

Cash On Delivery—C.O.D.

Australia Post’s safe, reliable Cash–On–Delivery service is easy to use , for deliveries anywhere in Australia. C.O.D. enables us to fulfil your order and allows you to postpone payment until you take delivery of your parcel —an added reassurance for new customers who are wary of web–buying… Your EOTR™ order will be delivered to the postal outlet closest to your chosen mailing address, and you will be informed that there is a C.O.D. item awaiting collection.  Australia Post staff then collect full payment, postage and any relevant fees for the item delivered, and return payments and a statement of delivery to us.  Australia Post charges $10.50AUD per parcel for this service, which includes free insurance for items valued up to $100AUD. Additional insurance can be purchased for items valued between $100AUD and $5000AUD.

Purchase Order

Clients who have an EOTR™ account , may wish to buy goods with a Purchase Order—a 30 day interest free payment arrangement . Your order is processed and delivered to you promptly—full payment is then due within 30 days of the order being placed. EOTR™ account holders are Priority Customers…

Affiliate and Bulk Purchase Discount Vouchers

If you are the holder of one of these special vouchers, you have qualified for a discount by becoming an EOTR™ Affiliate or by placing an approved Bulk Purchase. Discount vouchers can be applied immediately to the current qualifying order, or holders can opt to retain the Discount Voucher for future non–qualifying purchases . Please quote your unique “Affiliate Password” or Discount Voucher Serial Number with your order and state whether you would like to instantly apply or retain the Discount Voucher for future use. Any outstanding amount, after the application of credit from your Discount Voucher, will be payable prior to the delivery of your order. Should the value of the Discount Voucher exceed the order amount with which it is presented, a Credit Note equivalent in value to the excess funds will be included with your order for your future purchasing use...

Cash

An ideal way to save on Postage and Handling costs , and you get to take your EOTR™ Light for Life home straight away too!  By appointment only, at our showroom . We look forward to arranging a suitable time with you soon.

Phone Ordering

You’ve chosen what you’d like to buy. You’ve saved the order, but would like to speak with a real person to activate the order and initiate payment . That’s where phone ordering comes in. Please telephone us at our Australian head office on (613) 9478 2660 and quote your saved Order Number. Once we have verified your identity for security purposes, payment can then be arranged over the phone, using one of the above–mentioned payment methods...

Fax Ordering

Similar to phone ordering, in that you are a browse and buy cyber–customer until it comes to activating the order and making payment. Perfect if you prefer traditional, non–cyber information transfer of sensitive details such as credit card information. Please send us a Fax on (613) 9478 2660, quoting your name, Order Number, and any such details as we require for processing the order using one of the above–mentioned payment methods.
