Sure, we provide simple Custom isation , where an existing product offering is simply tailored or tweaked to your own personal needs. Like changing the name on a particular existing Moods Inscape, or giving you choices as to what optional Foundation Essential you’d like with your c D–Light™. That’s a simple step in the direction of realising the needs of the individual customer. You.

The Art of Personal Service is infinitely more than that though. It is Customer isation . Intimate, one–on–one interaction, we listen to you. We attend to you. Your individual likes and dislikes are firmly placed at the centre of everything you do. And at the centre of what we do for you — we work with you to achieve what you’ve been wishing for.

For instance, you tell us your favourite colour is pink, and you’d love a c D–Light™ in this colour. Although this colour may not currently be part of our generally available c D–Light™ range, we create the custom colour for you by mixing blue and red LEDs. 

Perhaps meditation is important to you. You’d like to chain several c D–Light™s together, with a wholistic chakra–like effect, to help you tune into each of the seven relevant colours. Our engineers fit–out power leads with multiple connectors, allowing you the freedom to chain like this.

Then there are those talented people among you who’ve designed a special symbol, have drawn some fabulous artwork or have a unique business logo that you’d like engraved as a Glow Art™ Moods Inscape. Our artists work with you, to digitise the image, creating your own special glowing artwork.
